How to get out of a FUNK! and get a jump start on some healthy motivation.
Feeling a little Flat, Not Motivated or in a Funk and not sure where or what you want to do?
We’ve all been there. Yes, I have my hand up… Even though I do all the things … I am not immune to high levels of stress for a long period of time. I was just saying to my husband that I want to re-evaluate some of my routines and tweak them slightly. The goal is to jump start my energy around a project that I have been working on.
This week I am sharing some very good advice from one of my Fellow Mindshare Mastermind Members.
