How to get out of a FUNK!

How to get out of a FUNK! and get a jump start on some healthy motivation.

Feeling a little Flat, Not Motivated or in a Funk and not sure where or what you want to do?

⁣We’ve all been there. Yes, I have my hand up… Even though I do all the things … I am not immune to high levels of stress for a long period of time.  I was just saying to my husband that I want to re-evaluate some of my routines and tweak them slightly. The goal is to jump start my energy around a project that I have been working on.

This week I am sharing some very good advice from one of my Fellow Mindshare Mastermind Members.

Doing all the things and still feeling flat?

You’re staying on top of your nutrition goals, you’re going to the gym every day, you’re practicing self-care, meditating – you feel on top of the world.⠀

The loss of a loved one, you lost your job, you’re going through a divorce, your kids went off to school,  the last 9 months of worry or you feel empty inside for some reason.⠀

Feel like you have  hit a life plateau and have no idea which way to go or what way to turn.⠀
