No, I am a Natural Functional Medicine Practitioner, a Certified Clinical Nutritionist (CCN) a Certified Wellness Coach (CWC) and Doctor of Chiropractic (DC). My post doctorate education and training is in Functional Medicine and Clinical Nutrition. Therefore, I do not practice medicine and do not diagnose or treat diseases or medical conditions. I focus my practice on promoting natural health and optimal function. My services are not meant to substitute or replace those of a medical doctor, but my programs are meant to work in conjunction with them.

No. I do not prescribe or make recommendations about prescription medications or controlled substances. Your prescribing medical doctor will manage all medications. I use natural, noninvasive methods such as nutritional therapy, herbs, supplements, stress management techniques and lifestyle changes to address the underlying causes of disease and promote optimal function and natural health.

Some HSA type plans might cover some testing and services. It will depend on your plan. My program in general is considered above the standard of care and therefore elective as far as the insurance industry is concerned. We do everything we can to make sure Natural Functional Medicine is affordable, and available to everyone! All our patients are working class, normal people who want to get healthy.

This depends on several factors, including the complexity of your condition, how long you’ve had it and how much time, energy, and attention you’re willing to devote to your wellness. In general, initial concierge care plans or individual visit options last around 4-6 months, but most people start seeing improvement within the first month. People may elect to continue with a maintenance plan after their initial treatment plan is finished. After the initial wellbeing plan, most people opt for individual maintenance visits a few times a year. It is a good idea to be proactive as it relates to your health and wellbeing.

Our natural wholistic approach addresses the 5 most common and chronic conditions. They are Stress /blood sugar challenges, weight gain, digestive issues, anxiety /depression, and hormone imbalances.  There is usually a connection between one or more of these conditions and therefore the root cause can be overlooked, misunderstood, or misdiagnosed.

Yes, you can, and I encourage you to purchase the highest quality most nutrient dense supplement support available.  I prefer however that you consider a consult with me to determine what you need, why you want to take it and for how long so that it makes therapeutic rationale. After all you do not want a supplement graveyard.
