As a midlife woman, I know how hard it is to start over, pursue a new career, find a date, start saving for your future or even just stick to a diet or exercise plan.
I remember when… My Husband said to me, ” Why not finish what you started all those years ago and become a Wellness Doctor”. Part of me was so excited at the possibilities and the other part of me was scared to death. Would I be smart enough? Would I, as an older person connect with my class mates? Who starts a second career in their forties … They must be crazy? You can only imagine how active my inner voice was during this transition. Well I lived through it and I am so glad I didn’t let FEAR stand in my way. One of the proudest moments of my life is walking across the stage as they called my name. Dr Pia Martin.
For me there is nothing more amazing and fulling than helping and supporting people have optimal health as they navigate this journey called life.
