An interesting short video from Jane McGonigal on how to increase your resilience / strengths and add years to your life. 

1. Physical : Not sitting still
2. Mental/ Will power:  Give yourself a small challenge and do it without giving up.  Do this often.
3. Emotional: View life through the lens of love and positivity
4. Social:  Gratitude, reach out to others.  Touch (hug someone or hold their hand) it releases Oxytocin the feel good hormone.
