Suffering from recurrent Allergy Symptoms?? Many people are and this week I wanted to give you a different way to think about the symptoms and help you uncover the root causes. We often treat the symptom by using over the counter anti-histamine remedies or the more potent steroid drugs, which often help a little in the short term, however they do come with side effects… Let’s dig a little deeper and help you become your own health hero by asking the right questions.
( I should probably say that I am not talking about life threatening Allergies but I think you know that)
What are some of the Symptoms of Allergies?
Itchy or watery eyes
Sinus Congestion and Sneezing

Voice Changes
Vertigo and Dizziness
Phelm after Eating
Chemical Sensitivities
Stomach upset with constipation or Diarrhea.
What causes Allergies?
Ask yourself the following questions? Was it something I inhaled or was it something I consumed or something I came into contact with?
Then ask: if it is something I inhaled is it because my lung are weak? Is a fragrance or perfume that I wear? Is it Dust or Dander ( which is usually secondary to a compromised immune system due to consumption of dairy).
Now ask: is it something I consumed? Is my stomach weak because I can’t break down proteins and the end result is leaky gut, or do I need to stop consuming highly processed foods or am I over doing sugar or alcohol? Am I under too much stress and therefore inflamed because of too much cortisol??? Is my Liver under stress and therefore it can not properly detoxify chemicals, toxins, etc etc? Am I getting enough minerals into my diet via good veggies or supplements? ( Minerals bind to many toxins and carry them out of the body via the bowel or the urine).
Are you overwhelmed? It is a lot to think about and you need to step back and do a little detective work… Isn’t it much easier to just take a medication or rub on some cream? The answer is that we want a quick fix right?
Hers’s the problem with that… The body is sending you signals that something you are doing, eating, drinking, thinking etc is not right… if you continue to ignore those signals without making adjustments to your lifestyle then eventually it could lead to more than just a stuffy nose or an upset stomach or a rash.
