The Ultimate Protein Smoothie Recipe

Many of the so called healthy smoothies that available are loaded with sugar. To get the best nutrient value of out of your Smoothies or Shakes follow my fool proof plan.

The Ultimate Cleansing Smoothie

In a Blender Combine:
+ FLUID
1 Cup/8 ozs of water, unsweetened coconut, almond or hemp milk.
Add 3-4 cubes of ice or freeze the milk. (If using frozen fruit skip this step)

+ FAT
1 tablespoon of Flaxseed oil, Grape seed oil or 1/2 an Avocado

+ PROTIEN
Whey Protein Powder, Pea Protein, or SP Complete Protein Powder
Handful of nuts for added protein and fiber

+ FIBER
Chai Seeds, Wheat Germ or SP Whole Food Fiber. This step can be optional if you have a sensitive stomach.

+ FRUIT
1 Cup of Fruit, (Frozen Fruit makes the shake thicker) Choose Berries, Apple, Pineapple, Orange, Kiwi, Mango and or 1/2 of a Banana

+ VEGGIES
2 Cups of veggies: Spinach, Kale, Celery, Cucumber, Parsley, or Carrot etc.

+ SPICE
Use Lemon, Lime, Ginger, Vanilla Extract, cinnamon, or Mint etc.
