The Ultimate Cleansing Smoothie
In a Blender Combine:
1 Cup/8 ozs of water, unsweetened coconut, almond or hemp milk.
Add 3-4 cubes of ice or freeze the milk. (If using frozen fruit skip this step)
1 tablespoon of Flaxseed oil, Grape seed oil or 1/2 an Avocado
Whey Protein Powder, Pea Protein, or SP Complete Protein Powder
Handful of nuts for added protein and fiber
Chai Seeds, Wheat Germ or SP Whole Food Fiber. This step can be optional if you have a sensitive stomach.
1 Cup of Fruit, (Frozen Fruit makes the shake thicker) Choose Berries, Apple, Pineapple, Orange, Kiwi, Mango and or 1/2 of a Banana
2 Cups of veggies: Spinach, Kale, Celery, Cucumber, Parsley, or Carrot etc.
Use Lemon, Lime, Ginger, Vanilla Extract, cinnamon, or Mint etc.
