Can you believe it?  Almost 2 months of the year has already whizzed by.  If you are having trouble staying the course with your health and wellbeing goals perhaps an app  will help with accountability.

Most of us require some form of accountability to help us reach our goals in life.  We need the support and structure to make it happen.  There are plenty of Super Chic wearables available to help keep us motivated providing us with lots of data.
